SHIPPING POLICY
Every Southern Exchange order is proudly shipped directly from our store in Statesboro, GA and comes directly out of store inventory.
WHEN WILL ORDERS SHIP?
Every order we receive is important to us and our goal is to do everything in our power to ship the same day we receive your order. Most orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day depending on the pick up schedules of UPS or USPS. If you have a special request or simply must get a package out the same day please call the store at 912-225-3093 or email us at customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com and we’ll do everything in our power to insure your shipping needs are met.
HOW WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS and you will have multiple choices upon checkout depending on how quickly you need to ship.
Orders that fall under the “Free Shipping” guidelines will ship at the carrier discretion of Southern Exchange Company and will ship using standard shipping methods. If you need an alternate method of shipping you will have the option to choose and pay for an alternative at checkout.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
Southern Exchange does everything within its power to ship faster than any online retailer. That being said we do not have control of the speed that your order may arrive. Once your package leaves our store and is in the hands of USPS or UPS we can only track and determine where it is in their system.
A general rule of thumb is that packages shipped within the state of Georgia will arrive by UPS in 1-2 days or by USPS in 2-3 days.
