Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
At Southern Exchange Company our ultimate goal to ensure a great customer experience with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund up to 90 days after the initial purchase. Returns must be in their original, sellable condition in their original packaging (if applicable) with tags still attached. We will not accept clothing that has been washed, worn, or damaged through misuse.Â
Returns and Exchanges MUST include the following information in order to be processed:
- Order Number
- Shipping Address for exchanges.
- Size or Style you would like in return for exchanges.
- Indication if item is to be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the payment method associated with the order. Please note that depending on your credit card company, credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account. This time frame is out of our control and depends on the bank that issued your credit card.
EXCHANGES
We understand that you may need to exchange your purchase for a different size or item. Simply ship your item back to us and include the information listed above using the carrier of your choice. Once your item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped back out at our expense.
ERRORS OR DEFECTS
We will make every effort to ensure your order is packed correctly and free of any defects. However, if upon receipt you discover an incorrect item, size, style or defective merchandise please let us know right away so we can correct our mistake. Send an email to customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com, include your order number and the problem you have. We will email you a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item at no additional cost to you.
