What are your store hours? Holiday store hours?

• We're open seven days a week: Monday - Saturday [10am - 6pm] & Sunday [10am - 4pm] IF THE LIGHTS ARE ON WE'RE OPEN! We are closed for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, The Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Other than that (or very few rare exceptions) we'll see you when you get here!

Do SXC Punch Cards ever expire? Can I use multiple punch cards at one time?

• As long as SXC is around your punch cards will never expire. Yes! You can use as many punch cards as you want when they are full. You earned it!

Can I use my SXC Punch Cards online?

• Yes! Email customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com with an image of your full punch cards and we will send over a code for you to use online.

Will I receive a punch card with my online purchase?

• Yes. Once we gather and pack your online order, we include the punch card inside with the packing slip.

What is the deadline to ensure an online order is shipped the same day?

• Our carriers, UPS and USPS, pickup Monday - Friday before noon (12pm). We do our best to have everything ordered before 12pm on the truck and out the door the day you order it! If there is a special request please call the store directly.

If you don't have an item in stock at the store can I just order it online?

• All orders ship directly from our store in Statesboro so if it's not here it won't be available online. If something isn't available please let us know at customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com and we'll let you know if that going to be available in the future.

What if I need to return or exchange part/all of my order? What if I ordered the wrong size or an item doesn't fit how I thought it would?

• We'd be happy to swap or return any items from your order! Email us at customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com and we will start that process with you.

What are the guidelines for returns or exchanges?

• To return or exchange an item our only request is that the item is unworn, original tags are still attached, and you have your receipt. Our time limit on returns and exchanges is 1 year, or as long as we are still currently selling that item. Feel free to call our store phone with any further questions (912) 225-3093

Are you the main on campus bookstore and do you sell the same merchandise?

• We are not affiliated with the on campus bookstore and have different products, hours, and passion. SXC is the Official Merchandiser of Georgia Southern Athletics and is a proud, locally owned, independent retailer just steps from Georgia Southern University.

Do you do custom orders?

• At this time we are not set up to do custom orders or decoration.

Do you offer Military, Alumni, Student, Senior, or other discounts?

• Currently our only regular discounts are the SXC Punch Card, Erk Russell Fund, Georgia Southern Staff and Faculty, GS Parent Association, as well as incoming student coupons, and other discounts offered throughout the year. 

What is the process to apply for job at SXC? Are there any specific things to know before submitting one?

• We do not currently have an application. Email us at (customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com) or bring by your resume and class schedule if applicable! The most important requirement we have is that all staff must work every home football game, they are our busiest days and it's all hands on deck!

Do you know where William is?

• We don't know where William is or when he'll be back.

What does G.A.T.A. stand for?

• G.A.T.A. is a motivational mantra coined by legendary Georgia Southern Coach Erk Russell. It means "Get After Their A**" and it has become the rallying cry for anyone who loves Georgia Southern and needs to "get after it". A South Georgia Carpe Diem (seize the day) if you will. On the other hand it can mean "Get After Those Academics".

Where are you located?

• Located at 1598 Chandler Rd. between Zaxby's and Domino's and in the same building as Dingus Magee's. Look for the flags and the SXC!
